Hi, I’m Brad

I have been in pastoral leadership for 15 years, as an intern at various large churches of different philosophies and styles, and then I started a church in a small town in Nevada in 2014 with a small group of tenacious people wanting to reach their city and change it for the better. Over the next 10 years, the ministry grew to an established and then reproducing, multiplying church, as we baptized over 150 people, served our city in countless ways, and plant other churches, investing in the next generation of churches and leaders. I transitioned this church over to one of those leaders in 2024 and am now an executive pastor of a church of over 1000 in Reno, leading a staff of 12.

I have led cohorts of pastors of different levels, served in churches of many sizes, and have found a ton of joy in helping other leaders think clearly about what they need to do to lead their people to accomplish their own goals and purpose in their context. After many conversations with pastors and leaders that have been helpful for them and fun for me,I began officially coaching in 2025 to use what experience i have to help other pastors and leaders lead others effectively. I’d love the chance to help you!
